The Austrian Clinical Research Infrastructures Network

The Austrian Clinical Research Infrastructures Network AtCRIN has been founded in 2007 as a consortium to provide support to biomedical clinical research. Together with its partners who are assembled in the European Clinical Research Infrastructures Initiative ECRIN, ATCRIN facilitates non-commercial multinational trials with clinical sites in Austria.


AtCRIN centre

The national hub of AtCRIN is located at the Koordinationzentrum für Klinische Studien at the Medical University of Vienna. Regular collaboration and exchange of information is established with the compentent authority and at the level of Ethics Committees, to enable expert assistance for the implementation of study protocols at different sites in Austria. This service if funded partly by resources from the FP7 project 284395, ECRIN-IA.
